Jim Harrow Guitars

Born in 1948, Jim began classical guitar making in the early "80's", while in the custom furniture building business.  Having owned and played a Gibson Byrdland archtop for some 40 years, it seemed a natural step to try to build one.  Research showed that maintaining tradition where possible, while updating to better materials and production methods where appropriate was a successful approach.  Knowing how a well made guitar should feel, play, sound, and look combine to achieve a superior product.
